If an item you have selected is temporarily unavailable or sold out, Ritzy Ratbags will contact you immediately. We will be happy to put the item on backorder or organise an alternative product of your choice. Ritzy Ratbags is confident that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Ritzy Ratbags prides itself on taking the most care with packaging your products nevertheless should your order arrive damaged or not arrive at all please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution. Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them. If you have been given a gift that you find unsuitable from Ritzy Ratbags, please contact us and we will happily exchange for a more appropriate selection. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with labels and packaging seals intact. All exchanges must take place within 7 days of invoice/order date. CONDITIONS OF USE FOR TUTUS & TUTU SETS:
Please note that whilst much care is taken in making the items on the tutus and tutu sets well secure they are not designed to be chewed upon. Some of the items contain small parts so please use caution at all times and always supervise your baby/children while wearing tutus and tutu sets. Never leave a young child unattended while wearing them. We recommend that you remove your childs tutu or tutu set before naptime and whenever they are out of reach (ie in their carseat). By placing an order for a tutu or tutu set you agree that Ritzy Ratbags accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
