Your Ritzy Ratbags order will be sent to you within 7 to 21 days from the date your order was placed. As a wide range of our items are custom ordered for our customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Should an item be delayed we will contact you as soon as possible. Our beautiful range of tutus are often custom made per order. We will keep you updated on the process of your special delivery.

Postage
At Ritzy Ratbags we aim to be as fair as possible with postage & understand that sometimes the excitement of buying something can disappear when you find out how much it will cost to post therefore we calculate all our postage, both local & international by Australia Post Calculator. That means what we  charge you for postage is exactly what we pay to send it to you. For international post please note the price quoted is for Air Mail, please allow 7-14 working days for delivery from dispatch date. Should you require your order urgently your order can be sent priority, additional charges will apply. Please email us at info@ritzyratbags.com.au for a quote. For Party Plan customers, we charge a standard $3.95 Handling Fee per customer. All customer orders taken from the party will be delivered to the Party Host within 21 days. Your host will contact you to arrange collection.
