You are able to purchase gift vouchers that will entitle the recipient to purchase any products from our website or at party plan to the total value of the voucher. The voucher is valid 6 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be transferred to cash.

Our products are supplied by Australian companies. Some products are sourced from overseas.

This fee covers postage incurred on items received. As Party Plan customers do not pay a Postage Fee, the reduced fee for Handling is to cover costs of postage we pay to our Suppliers to receive the goods as this is not incorporated into product pricing.

Yes, we post all over Australia. Our postage is calculated at standard Australia Post rates.

Yes, of course. We offer a complete gift wrapping package of wrap, ribbon and card for $6 or you can choose to do them individually for $2 each (eg, just card $2).

Yes we will happily exchange for a more appropriate selection of your choice. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with labels and packaging seals intact.
